Beef industry to converge in Hamburg for Junior Angus Show

Beef industry to converge in Hamburg for Junior Angus Show

The Eastern Regional Junior Angus Show’s (ERJAS) 2026 event, “Fallin’ for Angus in the Empire State,” will take place June 18 – 21 in Hamburg, NY, at the Erie County Fairgrounds.

ERJAS is the second largest show of the National Junior Angus Shows. It rotates around the eastern U.S. annually to allow new exhibitors the opportunity to exhibit. Junior members and their families come from numerous states to attend. On average, the show hosts 500 – 1,000 people in attendance.

This National Junior Angus Show has not been in NY since 1995 in Rhinebeck.

While the organization is looking for general support and attendance from across the industry, they are also inviting NY’s agricultural businesses and individual ag professionals and producers to directly support the event and the next generation of Angus through exhibiting or sponsorship opportunities.

“This national-level event will bring hundreds of junior exhibitors, families, breeders and agricultural leaders to New York State, creating a once-in-a-generation opportunity for youth to compete on a national stage right here at home,” said a statement from the Junior Angus Association of New York Inc. “We invite your business to partner with us in supporting youth leadership, agriculture and the future of the Angus industry while gaining meaningful visibility with a highly engaged regional and national audience.”

The show offers exhibiting options through the trade show portion, with booth space beginning at $250. There are also the options of advertising through the show program produced by Angus Media, several food/ meal sponsorship tiers and the $1,000 “Golden Ticket” sponsorship and the Walton Webcasting sponsorships. These are for livestreaming of the show for all three days with regional and national online exposure. The Golden Ticket offers similar prestige and visibility with added value like a class/division sponsorship with a business advertisement over the live mic, a business logo on a vinyl banner to be displayed at the show, a business name on the official show T-shirt and more.

Be sure to take advantage quickly! Only 60 Golden Ticket sponsorships will be sold – don’t delay!

Completed registration and sponsorship information can be submitted by mail to the Junior Angus Association of NY, 1942 Hickory Hill Rd., Fonda, NY. Registration and payment must be submitted by May 1.

With questions regarding the trade show and sponsorships, contact Brenda Bippert at 716.870.2777 or brenbip@aol.com.
